OUR MISSION

selflessservice, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization devoted to supporting, aiding and assisting active military, first responders, as well as veterans, spouses, and immediate family members, during times of activation/deployment and service and/or generalized hardship. This organization provides relief and reinforcement to these families via no to low cost provision of services designed to support the families of those who serve this great Nation and her communities.

OUR STORY

It's more than a career - it's a commitment. A life devoted to service to our communities and our Country doesn't solely affect those who have committed to serve, but those who love and support such individuals as well. Alyssa ("ak") founded selflessservice, Inc. upon recognition of the need for community support and assistance to and for the families of active duty and veteran military service members, law enforcement, and first responders. As the wife of an AGR soldier, Alyssa ("ak") personally understands the weight of responsibility that rests upon the shoulders of loved ones at home for maintaining day-to-day domestic obligations, providing for family needs, and dealing with household and family emergencies while their loved ones continue to preserve and protect us. It is with great humility and gratitude that Alyssa ("ak"), through selflessservice, Inc., pledges to give back, in acknowledgement and appreciation of the continued sacrifice (by not just the service members, but their families as well) to those who have given, and continue to give, so much.

OUR COMMITMENT

"Selfless Service" is a value of the United States Army, reflecting the belief in sacrifice of individual goals for the betterment of the organization. As John C. Maxwell stated in The 360 Degree Leader: Developing Your Influence from Anywhere in the Organization, "Tend to the people, and they will tend to the business."

Our Service Members and First Responders are currently, or have previously, been in the business of selfless service, consistently placing the lives and priorities of others ahead of their own. selflessservice, Inc. is an organization build on the recognition of the completed, the current, and the continued sacrifice of these individuals, as well as the impact of this sacrifice upon their family members. We aim, pledge, and commit to give back, in aiding and assisting those who continue to give up everything in allegiance to, and in protection of this great Nation, her laws, and her people.
